How much money to spend at Christmas?????

I have 11 children that I have to buy for. That's all my kids, and my hubbies kids...and 2 grandkids.
There is A LOT of compitition between his and my kids... He got more than me, etc. So, we are trying to decide on a fair amount to spend on each child.
I would like to spend $100 each, which doesn't really buy much and that comes to $1100!! That's alot of money to come up with! I know Christmas isn't about the presents, but you know how kids are.
Do you think that maybe $50 each and some extra attention would be ok, or should we stick to the $100 each.
I'm broke and confused!

Wow.. thats alot.. I usually try and spend about 100 per kid..... well we use to , but times are different and so is money so i just get what i can afford.. But for my grandaughter.. I will try and get something nice.. not sure about the money though..

11 children are alot. We have 3 kids and we spend about 1 hundred dollars a piece. They also have grandparent and aunts and uncles that buy for them so they dont do so bad. Kids could always use extra attention. And they really like it if you spend one on one time with them

You have 11 children!! wow. I usually spend only $120 at christmas, small family so...plus my bf pitches in to help.
