Do you think we should ALL have the 3 strike law? (The law that gives 3 time felons a life sentence) Opinions are welcomed AND encouraged!

I don't think so. I think that law is fine how it currently is. There is obviously room for improvements/changes, but there will always be room for changes. P.S. Your picture is awesome StellaGirl.

:) I've always been a fan of her :) And to make it with new age attitude made her even better!

everything should'nt be so black and white, it should be case by case, depending on the crime

I think that sometimes the 3 strike law is bad. I read an article once about a guy who stole some food to feed his daughter. Her mom was in rehab or something and he didn't have any money to take care of her. It was his third strike and he got life for it. I don't really know that it was justifiable. He stole something small from a convenience store. It's not like he stole someones car, raped someone, or murdered someone. I think that it should be case-by-case. I know it's meant to be a deterant and that if they make exceptions for one person - others will commit crimes thinking they will be excused - but sometimes people are so desperate especially when it comes to their kids or food. People that are in desperate situations will do desperate things.
