What is the best way to unlock a frozen car door?

It's winter here in the midwest, sunny days with snow melting and drifting everywhere. Nights get below zero and by morning you could find yourself with a frozen car door and late for work.

You could cover your car with a cover each night - it could keep the moisture out of the doors so that they won't freeze.
