Please understand tags.

I see many people do not know the meaning of tags.
Please understand it as a 'category'.
I noticed the words 'any', 'website' are tagged.
Sorry, it is my intention to offend you.
If you can't find proper words to tag, you can always skip it. After all the option is there.
It is noy necessary to put in a word from your post as a tag.
You can input anyword as long as it is relevant to the topic.

well I just posted a discussion on tagging and I didnt know how important it was, but thanks or letting me know.

I have also noticed that, I think myLot people has to add a link titled "A tutorial on using myLot". As you rightly said tag is a type of category, it will help the system to group questions on category basis. When we answer on a particular subject the system shows us questions on same topics. That is generated from the tags.

I'm not sure of the disscusion you are refering to or just a general comment to many you dont like. I see lots of tags that I would have done with other words or wording but the person who tags is tagging with what is meaniful to themself, well that's the way I see it You have made me think and I have looked at some of mine just wondering how it is interped by others, however I belive the tag is used to quick search for ... so its like a index and the person writting is indexing for themself not you... Have I lost it or do you do your tags different..
