I think slow cooking is better! You remove the risk of burning it and it seems to keep flavor in.

When I cook vegetables, I use only 1/4 cup of water & steam for 7 minutes. For meat, poultry, seafood & pork I use the Foreman. It's much healthier. Good Luck.

Wouldn't the answer kind of depend on what sort of food you were cooking? Not all things taste good cooked the same way. I like a combination of things. Grilling is probably my favorite. I also like fried foods.

It depends on the food.

I think the best way to cook food is stir-fry in a Chinese wok, because it cooks the food fast and seals the juices and vitamins well with minimum loss.

Depends on what you're looking to cook...and how you like your food...but deep frying is a definite no no..if you're a health freak..
