I was thinking when i joined.. Hey this is pretty cool, i can give and receive advice and get paid for it. But how does it really work?? How much do you get paid? And when do you see your earnings?? I just joined about two hours ago.. Any Info would be great..

most probably you will see your earnings
of today around midday [ CST / GMT ] tomorrow .
Some users of this site have reported
