Nephew or nieces who are living with you and very stubborn!!

I know a friend who lives with them her nephew that boy is really stubborn and really dont want to obey her and have a very bad attitude that boy was being driven away by his own parents for being so stubborn and she only got pity on him thats why she accept him in their house what will you do to this boy that his own parents dont like him. What is your opinion???
