Looks is a start. Good proportion, nice face, how he/she carries himself/herself. But in the long run, How emotionally secure he/she is... How about you?

Confidence and loyalty are very important. Cleanliness helps. A nice butt and a great smile and fresh breath.
A decent job, the ability to provide nice things. There is nothing sexy about squalor.
