How people can withdraw money from Paypal account if a person is Residing in india

I'm not totally sure about overseas but here in the US, you can transfer it to your bank account or request a check. Hope that helps.

if you are residing in india, you request check from paypal, but they charge $5 per request, and also the bank will charge you some fee since it is an international check, so better ask your bank and find out the charges.
also in order to withdraw funds or to use it in anyway you have to verify your account. for that you have to provide your credit card info.
but it would be better to use the money from paypal to purchase something online, unless you have someone in US who can get the money for you.

Well i cant help you out there bcoz i am in Pakistan and paypal is even not available here,this is a very big disadvantage for those who are in pakistan and want to earn online money, there is no alternate available.
