I use avast having 24 hours online scanning i.e. when I open internet avast is ready to protect my computer from virus/worm/spyware etc. I think alll anti-virus is good just different name.

Also I use Zone Alarm Security Suite and I am well. I use also AVG and it is very fast and precise in the search of virus and spyware.
