I have a kid in Nursery and she's 3 years old. Everytime she got home she's complaining of a certain boy in the class who always beat her and make her cry and not only my child but almost all of them this little boy did the same thing hurting them. I wrote a letter to their teacher but no action was taken. I dont know what to do either to transfer my child to other school because the parents of this boy has been called to attention but did not went to school to talk to. Whose to be blame with this? Is it the boy pupil or their teacher or the parents of this child? Help Me what's the good move for this problem as I don't want to see my child crying again from school.

If I was you, I would march down to that school and demand that they do something about it. The school should be dealing with this. If you can, get together with the parents of the other children and go down together. Good luck.

Yes my wife have done this already and the principal told that they will demand for the parents of the boy to come for a talk. I don't know what happened then. Some other parents scolded the child directly because of they bursted but i think was not good. The principal told that they will expeld the child but until now it did not happen. I think you are correct we need to get together as parents demanding for an action on this situation because I think this child is Hyper Active and need to belong to a special school. Thanks for the advise I appreciate your idea. Thanks again
