i normaly use webroot spy sweeper becouse it it verry good, i had mincrosft antispiware but everi month my computer got infected with spyware, till someone told me to change the ativirus and antispyware... Now it's no problem... i highley recomend it...

Yes, I do. I usually make one scan with "Spybot - Search & Destroy" when I remember to.
