How do we control the Population in the world?

In order 2 control population,youngers should be taught about the importance of family planning.there should be laws against couples having more than 2 childs.the child num 3 onwards should not be declared as govt responsibilities.those should not be given any reserve benefits like in jobs ,,schools.

Education should be the prime factor in controlling population. Everyone has to have enouh knowledge on population issues. All have to be informed on parenting and caring for children. Everybody has to have enough knowledge on population control. I think its not enough for the government to limit the number of kids per couple. I think, the government has to do so much efforts on information drive.
