Help it's driving me barking mad?

tell the nabor, if u cant say it write it, give them 1 day to comply, then call rspca and 101/ police, keep a note of all the times you r disturbed and ask other nabors to join you in your mission for a stress free life, good luck, as an owner of a dog, who whimpers to be let in as he is told shhhhhhh no barking xxxxx hope all works out well xx

You could report them to Environmental Health for one thing or, if it's a council property, to your local council's housing office. You could also consider that if it's barking that long it's possibly being left on its own so also consider the RSPCA or the police. I was going to suggest talking to your neighbour but from the sound of it, they're not going to be the kind of people to care or it wouldn't be going on in the first place.
