hi max, sorry to hear that. wat kind of a back pain r u suffering from?? i have been a victim of back pain and learnt a lot about it.if u feel that the pain is radiating towards the thigh and knee,take it seriously. else itcould be a muscle pain. have u seen a doctor?? were u on crash diet anytime?
