This happens because you are being interviewed for a job that you really really want. And you know in your head that in order for you to get the job you have to do good on the interview. Therefore, you are putting a bunch of pressure on yourself. Before hand you should practice for the interview so you will be better prepared. Always dress nice, answer in complete sentences and be thorough. Look the interviewer in the eye when you are talking to them. Be very polite and courteous. There are more tips you can find online. I hope I have helped!

hi friend, it helped me much more, but one thing i further would like to know is why one gets blank without any tension facing unkwown people, in real manner answring people is not confusious or any thing like that doesnot matters but it makes to shut ur mouth in front of them bcoz ur mind is getting up blanked blanked its not due any kind of fear, tension or shyness also. It happens with me also.

Hi Dude, Its simple. Dont think why u get panic thats of no use. I suggest u should be proud you have cleared the first round and u have passed for second round. This is a great achievement. Once u have such a feel of achievement u can manage any number of rounds.

For getting more than one round, i don't think about fear about how to face and all those but i go on thinking of the interviewer what he will ask me so that i could gain a little bit knowledge about his attitude and all. Meanwhile if long gap is provided then i really get on boring in interviews so it makes me feel somewhat angry and could seem fail in interviews why this happens.

Its perfectly normal to feel that way. Your thinking that the initial interview would be the easiest and the next would be harder. If you got through the first then just think about the first one and then carry that feeling in the next interview. You think and speak better when you feel good and relaxed. Good luck!!
