i was just wondering how many of you's have a really great boss. for mine is the best';he doesn;t yell if you do something wrong he's really understanding.

My boss is my mentor. For me, he is the best there is. I'd want to be like him someday.

I've had a boss just like yours in one of my previous jobs. I do believe that this is the correct attitude from a manager, you don't have to enforce your opinion and stress your employees for whatever reason. Being nice and open-minded will bring good and positive results.
