I don't see why not. If they want to make a change, they have every right to. Why should it matter that it's a male?

yes, you are right. in fact there is no right or wrong regarding this issue. as long as they are comfortable with the changes.

if a man wants to have cosmetic surgery than i have no problem with that. but i do have a problem with people having to have the need to put themselves through such painful procedures. i'm sooo sick of living in a society where everything is based on looks
