Try the following if you can:
1. Eat less and eat at different intervals
2. While eating, grind well with teeth, so that less work for inside grinding machine!!
3. Drink 3 litres of water
4. Exercise for 2 hours a day (1 hr in the morning and 1 in the afternoon or evening)
5. Avoid junk food altogether
6. Keep oil, butter, ghee from your daily consumption along with food.
7. Do not eat while watching TV

well i dont know if it is best butso far it is working for me depends i guess but i had gastric bypass to help me lose weight were they make ur stomach smaller
