Im from the Philippines, which bank accepts Ikobo card??

Any ATM which bears the mark of Visa or mastercard accept IKOBO ATM. But you have to think twice because a fee of $1.99 per withdrawal is not reasonable if you are going to wihdraw only small amount. If you are going to use it for shopping, much better, because there is no fee or charge for transaction. SM malls accept it.
