I thought he would make a strong captain but at times he doesn't have the command and I feel he just goes with the flow

If this is real comment, hell it is correct.Actually Dravid is very solid as a batsmen, and even as captain, but surely he lacks command, which must be present in any captain.Ganguly was good as a captain and he had that flair.

I think kapil is very true in his statement. no doubt dravid is a fantastic player of this game but when the matter comes for the captaincy, he is totally failed in that. captaincy is not just being the best player, it means lot more and that is Leadeship. A leader has to be a motivator for all the team members. his decision should encourage every player to perform his best and to make his morale go as high as sky. He definitly lacks the assertiveness a captain should have in him. when the matter comes to prepare the strategy and then start the game, he seems to be dependent on others. As far as leadeship is concerned, Ganguly was the best. once he has thought of doing something, he is sure what he is doing with proper logic.
