Akon The Greatest Hook Singer Ever

Yeah, I am really a fan of Akon's music. It's funny that he seem to only get recognition as a hook singer. I guess he has taken the crown from Nate Dog. I notice that BET didn't give Akon song Mr.lonely no play time but I love that song. do you like Mr, Lonely? Akon is another artist thats not recognize.

Who the heck is Akon? I feel that a true "hook" singer is someone more like Frank Sinatra. He did it his way right?
