What is the best program to use for home FTP?

I was wondering what the best computer to use for setting up a home FTP server was? I need one bad because my college blocks every port ever for eMule and utorrent and I need a FTP server at my home away from college to download programs to. Then I can access the FTP from college and transfer the files to my college computer. Does anyone know a good FTP program for this or how to do this?

Try Smart Ftp. I use that for my personal use. It is also free. And also filezilla is also good and i used it before. You could also try staff-FTP.

i also prefer filezilla,also flashfxp is good

i use smartftp and cuteftp. these r two very gud ftp softwares which give me a good speed of downloading and uploading as well.
