democracy, no doubt at all communism only brings dictatership,iron fist approch etc... take 4 eg china & russia- what their secreat police did to ordinary citzens.in east germany almost all the people had a secret file having their day 2 day activities being monitered, breaching privacy

I think I would go with democracy because GW Bush endorses that
