Dealing with a break up.

We have all been through it. That dull ache in your chest, the lack of appetite, lack of sleep, then too much sleep, depression, feeling physically ill. You’re so anxious you could gnaw off your feet. You are experiencing a relationship breakup that was not consensual in the termination. You probably got hung out to dry.

dealing with break ups is hard. i was with someone for 2 and a half years and he broke up with me out of the blue and it took me a long long time to get over it. it's been over a year and a half since and i now realise that that break up was probably the best thing that happened to me. i've done things that i wouldn't even considered when i was with my ex. try and take the time to rediscover who u are again. it's quite easy to forget when you're so tied up with someone

I feel bad very time I break-up with somebody. I just don't want that to happen but we cannot help and escape break up. We are hurt and we need time to heal. For every break up I had, I learn some lessons with it and makes me a better man. Good luck.
