A question about parenting?

If a father or mother decides to raise their sons and daughters in an old fashion manner, (such as if they were 'traditional' or orthodox culture) what would be your views? Do you respect the parents right to raise their children in their beliefs, or do you believe they must answer to you and/or feminism?

I dont see any problem with that. A parent should teach their children moral values. Traditional or modern, basic moral values are the same.

hey you gave birth to them you get to raise them any way you want. i know i am having a hard time bringing God into my kids life because her father is not really into it... some parents think i am nuts for not pushing him

you must be carefull here because if you make your child different to others they may be rejected by other children makeing life hard for them theres nothing wrong with teaching values but it depends on how far you want to take it
