What's the Blue outline on words in my Lot?

I dunno if anyone noticed; some of the words posted in discussions are highlighted in blue. Why is that?

I havenoticed and it is sortof annoying. At least it isn't as bad as the Yahoo search tags that opena pop up bubble when yo pass over the word.
