Dale carnegie or Napoleon Hills

who is best author of 19 century .I Read nearly all books of both authors but unable to judge who is best ? Any one can help me ?

I haven't read Napoleon Hills but Dale Carnegie has helped me alot. "How to Stop Worrying and Start Living" is one of my favorite books.
