Today everyone knows that earth is round. There was a time when it was believed that earth was flat. When a scientist made the discovery and announced for the first time to the world that the earth is not flat but round, everyone became his enemy! They were not ready to believe as they had believed firmly since ages that the earth was flat. It took a long while for the people to really understand that indeed earth is round. Similarly, all those who spoke of Truth were not tolerated. Saints and sages have been telling man about Truth since ages. Still man's ignorance is so deep, his bondage is so strong that he cannot rise above it and accept their message of Truth.
