in a time there r only no of collages in a particular area , n that time tking admission in engg is very difficult as well as very prestigious issue for one, but now a time a large no of pvt.engg cllage makes the situation worse, the engineers r more n job r less n also the quality of the engineers is very poor, who is responsible for this , n how this situation make better,
