Why are there so many evil people in this world????????

You know there are so many evil people in the world. It's like they have no compassion in their hearts at all. Last night this young boy no more than 15 years old tried to rob a man in his sixties walking on a cane. We heard the old man hollar and ran outside to see what was going on, by the time we got outside the old man had hit the boy with the cane and he basically ran right inti the arms of police. He had told the police that his mother and he were sitting in a car scoping people out to rob. Now how evil can you be to send your 15 year old child out to rob someone especially an old man on a cane?????????

Yes there is but there is nothing we can do the problem now is Children are having Children and there is not the Discipline anymore that we had
And the worse thing the Law could have done is forbid Parents to smack their Kids
Yes beating a child is not on there is a difference between smacking and beating
