Could you please seuggest me guys how to get money from MyLot account?

use paypal if available for your country, if not then use ikobo for alternate payment.

Yep, this is correct. PayPal is best in my opinion, but if you do not have it in your country, then iKobo is your only other option.

You use services like paypal or ikobo and you withdraw money from there

They use Paypal and some other method (iKobo or something?) to transfer the money to you.
