Paid to read emails...how long?

How long does it take you to get through all the paid to read emails in your inbox? Takes me awhile and doesn't seem worthwhile!

It takes me about an hour just to earn five cents oh well I really don't have anything else going on.

I really dont trust the paid e-mail thing, i hear about so many scams. I just get scared of getting suckered into something I gott pay out of my pocket for.
