Do you still watch VHS often?? I still have some VHS that I have recorded over TV program and it was something that I was on TV or some special program that it is hard to find now so I keep it. How's about you??

vhs to dvd - there are programs that can be used to transfer your beloved vhs movies to dvd and I dare say that they clean up the quality while there are at it.
We are still straddling the vhs/dvd usage. We do upgrade to dvd when we find a good deal on the movie that is vhs we own. Have heard that dvd's do degrade over time and have reservations about keeping some of our favoite movies. Still purchase vhs when we find them for a couple of bucks. Great question1!

Thanks :) Yes I do feel the same way.I think I have grown up with VHS and there is still a lot of good points about VHS. I did keep most of my tapes and I still watch as well :) Thank you for your comment :)

I still have tons of old vhs taped sporting events that I will always go back and watch. I save almost all the world cup games, unfortunatly through moves, all I have left are the most recent one. I also find it easier then using a dvr due to the fact you can record a program at your place, and bring it somewhere else to watch

I still have a lot of VHS that I watch. I'm still not that big a fan of DVDs, because I don't have anything where I can record things from TV onto a DVD. I know I could go out and buy one, but I still love a good ol' VHS tape.

I have a ton of VHS tapes, and I still use them to tape tv shows. I've dubbed some of them on to DVDs, but that's a slow process.

My husband and I have a VHS player, as we have dozens of old VHS tapes- most of them are for the kids- and they get played all the time. They're old Disney movies, some of which we just haven't bought on DVD yet. Eventually we plan to get them all in DVD format.
