Health insurance for children

Need help... I want to know if there is a health insurance that will cover me if I have to move from one state to the other in the US. See the situation is we are covered by a particular health insurance valid in my state. But what if we changed jobs and moved to a different state. Then the employer insurance will not be there for me (or baby) any more. But my baby who is about to be born will be needing insurance without any break. So can you my friends please help me and tell me if there is any solution to this problem? What do I do if I have to move to a different state a few months after the baby is born??? How can I have continuous insurance for a baby? Please help ....
