Yes I had climbed 14 km uphill for vaishno devi temple in one night and came back too.Its a hard climb,very steep and tiering.You do get sore muscles after that but view is beautiful.In india most of the dieties temple are on the mountains and its considered auspicious to take up the hard journey on foot and seek the blessings of the God or Goddess.
