What vitamins are best for your hair to reach its maximum growth?

I cant seem to get my hair to grow past my shoulders and I am wondering if there Is a way that I can Make this Happen? What vitamin supplemnt will Naturally help me with this problem?

Drink Green Tea ..as always, experts disagree with the merits of green tea and whether or not it does conclusively help hair health and encourage growth.

I think good vitamin for hair is vitamin e. try to use shampoo with vitamin e on their ingredients if you can choose one which have ginseng ingredient too that's help you to stop losing your hair.

Prenatal vitimins work great for that and making your nails grow also. I had my son in april and still take the vitimins.

I take Vitamin E and Biotin once a day for my hair. They both help with the strength and growth of your hair. Hope this helped!

It may be genetic, some people just don't grow long hair! If your health is good then I doubt vitamins will help. Probably not much you can do but get a really cute short style! Long hair is harder to take care of anyway, and short hair makes a woman look younger, I think!
