I am actually reposting this discussion since i didn´t get a single reply last time and i really would like to understand.. have some questions about this religion since I really don´t understand some things in it. I have a grandfather that belongs to Jehovas. I have not been in touch with him for years - all because i refused to join him in his belives. I do have som eproblems with some aspects and maybe someone can clear them out for me. First of all - how come you´d rather let a a familymember or even child die, than give them a bloodtransfusion. I know that u think that the soul of man is in the blood - but still? I also do not understand why you don´t celibrate x.-mas and birthdays? And last but not least. How come u can turn your backs on people or even family who´s had a change of heart and just write them out of your life. Isn´t all people worth the same in your religion?
