I read in the paper today...

There was a man who was stabbed repeatedly by his housekeeper. He suffered non-life threatening injuries. The housekeeper was charged with aggravated assault. Six days later when he was due to be released from the hospital he died of a heart attacked. Do you think that his death should be treated as homicide? (At this point it is not)

Possibly. Only if they can prove that the heart attack was due to stress from the attack.

The guy was healthy and very active. I think that the stress and loss of blood probably contributed to it. But that's my opinion.

True, true. I just believe that having someone attack you with a knife doesn't help matters. Obviously this lady went there with the intention to seriously hurt this man.
