do tell me if u like them HEADACHE: Eat 10-12 almonds, the equivalent of two aspirins, for a migraine headache.Almonds are far less likely to upset the stomach COUGHS AND ASTHMA: Steep 3-4 cloves of garlic in a cool, dark place for 2 weeks. Use several drops at a time, several times a day for coughs or asthma. Garlic is an exceptional cleanser for the body and has anti-microbial action similar to other antibiotics.

Sorry, but if aspirin doesn't touch my migraines, almonds sure aren't going to do it! And almonds did not do it. On the really severe attacks, even the injecible prescription I was on didn't work at times! Being honest, there are very few home remedies that I have found to be worthwhile. From experience, I have learned that while some work, most do not. They are always worth trying though to see if they work for you.

Never heard of those before but I do know of others. For a headache or migraine try rubbing bengay (or similar) on the forehead, temples and back of neck. It helps to ease the pain. For asthma coffee can help ease the symptoms. The heat and caffiene help to open up the lungs for breathing. For coughs, try a shot of whiskey mixed with honey. It soothes the throat and warms the chest and body. If you have a fever it well help sweat it out of you and honey helps to purify the body.
