i wanna be slim!!! help me guys

hey i am a overweight person .. it happened many times in my life that i had reduced my weight but it again increases more than before.. please help me what to do and how to maintain it

I have the answer, and if you find it the best, please award me with the best response. (I've not yet had a single best response and I would like to know what it does to my earnings!) The trick is to make your body believe that you are not into heavy, fat reducing exercises. All you need to do is to use up the glycogen reserves in the body with 20 minutes of moderate to high intensity exercise, so you could start with something like 1 minute of jogging or any gym exercise machine at medium difficulty and then one minute of low intensity exercise like walking, and alternate that way for 5 minutes to start with. Gradually build up to 20 minutes. The aim is to sweat it out. More than 20 minutes of exercise may be counterproductive. Please consult your doc before starting any exercise regime for any undiscovered health problems which may be dangerous to your health. I assume you have no medical problem for the weight gain eg. thyroid problems. I also assume that you do not overindulge in food. No special diet is necessary for the exercise regime I recommend, just exercise a little portion control!

I think we all want to be slim. But the best thing I did was after giving birth I just got myself into a routine with working out. I have a high matabalism but so I did not have to cut out my sugar. But cutting out some sugar and carbs will help. Do not do it all at once becuase it is like a shock on your body. But just get up everyday or even do it at night and start out with a little and work your way up... also keeping a chart is a good way to track yourself. And If you are cutting certian foods out then if you work out as many times as you say you should, give yourself a treat like a little bit of some food you wanted ot have all week. DO not deprive yourself. It will not fall off right away. I gained 60 pounds with my pregnancy and I just got it all off a year and a half later. Good Luck keep me posted. just excersice, maybe you should go to gym, aerobic help you well to reduce fat. and the important thing you should not eat as usually, maybe you usually eat to many so you must reduce it! don't eat fat.

take smaler meals drink more water, excersise, decide if you realy want to loose weight an dwho are you doing it for. Then you have to make up your mind and be single minded, don't get distracted. Only you can make you happy

Go to the doctor and talk to them. Sometimes weight gain has something to do medically. They might could do some tests and make sure that is not the problem and then refer you to a dietician for extra help.

Go to your doctor. If you have trouble keeping weight off, there could be an underlying medical/genetic problem. Talk to a specialist about it and explain your situation and see what they have to say. There are people who are trained to handle weight problems specifically. Good luck! :D

It all depends on your diet and how often you are exercising. Do you eat a lot of fast food or high fatty foods? If so, you need to watch these. Start spreading out your meals into smaller meals throughout the day. More smaller meals throughout the day is a lot better than just having a huge breakfast, lunch and dinner. This will distribute the calories throughout the day, and inturn should boost your metabolism. Add in at least 30 minutes of exercise 3-5 days a week and you should be on the right path to slimming down.

lose weight - lose weight
how many times in a day do u exercise?atleast 45 mins? u cant expect to lose weight like that... u need to sweat it out!! and reduce ur intake of food... but if obesity runs in ur family,then i dont know if its gonna be easy... get a calorie chart and see wat u shud eat and wat u shudnt!! and decide accordingly

I suggest you stop eating meat and dairy products like cheese, butter, milk, and so on. I would advise you to have fruit diet. Eat fruits regularly and vergetable. Drink lots of water so your stomach wont feel empty. And when you are hungry, eat fruits and vegetables. Stop eating junk foods and oily fastfood products. Last but not the least, have enough rest all the time.

Friend, Regularity is the one word answer to your problem. Yah this overweight is a matter of concern to many. They exercise, over-exercise and get tired. They control food intake. Over-exercise or irregular pattern of exercise makes them tired and they overeat or the disturbed body itself gains weight. But a systematic planned exercise regime when coupled with dietary modifications will definitely lead to good changes in physique. So the ansswer is DETERMINATION with the right pattern of exercise n intake n rest. Then never lose heart at the initial setbacks or initial tiredness. This is another common factor which is found in many. Do it in a slow planned manner. As you say, if your is res[ponding to exercises, this suggestion should help you. Goodluck
