we do sit down family style, all 18 of us.

I love buffet's then you can have wht you like rather than what is dished up to you....hmmmm so what time is dinner I will be there...:)

We place the food in the middle and pass dishes. Buffet is to hard everyone eats at a different time. I guess i should have posted family style. oops..

We do a sit down dinner with all the food on the table and everyone sitting around it. No one has to get up when they want seconds :) It is right in front of their face. It gives them more time to stuff their faces.

Family style is really great. It's probably the same as a sit down dinner. I like having all the food in the middle and having everyone pass the food around. It can get difficult if the dish is big.
