how do you over come post pratem depression

i am a victim of this kind of depression, although i have overcome it slowly without any kind of medical help i still feel i am lost. can anyone help me ..

Believe me it takes lots of time. A year passed before I actually began to feel normal again and that is without medication. Although each person is different.

but going thru this for 15 years, my kids are teenagers now...
