What do you do for a boost of energy? I usually have something sugary but I hate when I come off the sugar high.

Well for starters take a vitamin supplement everyday. There are also energy supplements out there. I llike the vitamin b combo complex taken every day will make you feel energized. My brother says a nodoze with pop or a caffeinated drink will give you a boost He does that when he has to drive for a few hours says it perks you right up. My mother uses red bull but you already stated you didn't like that I have bought energy drinks other then red bull but they never seem to work for me. Coffee works well for me too. I try not to do the sugar high thing because it causes me nothing but headaches.

Thanks so much. I don't think that I'll be doing any energy pills or drinks. I like how you made it feel like you read everything I said. Thanks! I think I'm going to try natural energy, get more exercise or something.

Tea is soothing to me. What kind of tea do you drink? I've tried the peppermint kind but I'm not too into peppermint.

I've never had a sugar high so I have no idea what its like to come off one. However for quick energy I have glucose (if available) or some juice or maimly anythign in liquid form as its absorbed into the body faster

Mineral drinks are the best(colloidal are the best). Try it. You can dance all night, work all day and ask to do more. :)

What are some names of colloidal drinks? I don't like red bull. I've heard you get a lot of energy from it. I don't like how it tastes.

Depends how much of a boost i need. Last year when i pulled an all nighter for a school project i used monster and red bull and coffee. I was shaking like a leaf all day at school and looked like I had ADHD LOL

Holy smokes! That is a lot of caffeine! I'm sure it worked for you, but I'm sure in some ways it's bad for your heart.

I drink caffeine, usually soda and that gives me a short boost. I hate the down side of it though.
