I agree with you. until now, yngwie malmsteen is still the guitarist who's playing neo classical genre. as long as I know, there's none such a guitarist like him play that style.
But unfortunately, neo classical isn't popular right now. A lot of people prefer other genres better than it :)

Sister, you can listen to Jason Becker, Vinnie Moore, Impelitteri, etc. They played neoclassical in their amaze.
