Do you think it is ok for children to call their parents by their first names?

No I do not. The only names the children should know for their parents is "Mom and Dad". It is unacceptable and disrespectful for the child to call them by their first names.

It is not a big deal for me. It has to do with the values. If that is yours then it's alright but most want their children to call the parents dad and mom.

no i think it is ok for children to call their parents by their first names because it's disrespectful. it's necessary that children know that what's the name of their parents but don't call them with their name.
