What do you think Lalujees' Administration in Railway Ministry. I am astounded to hear that he is a visiting professor for taking classes to MBA Students. Then why he cannot shine in Bihar Administration?

ohh i am surprised he is a visiting professor. may be its just that it is happening the way he wants it to happen & he doesnt want it to improve, that may be reson or may be its just that he is not good enough
