What is happiness?

I have just started a new blog called Making A Happy Life (http://makingahappylife.blogspot.com) Where I am going to write about things that makes us happy. It could be anything as we sometimes forget the small things in life.

happiness is the moment in life dat occurs when we achieve smthing precious and also when we see our beloved ones getting happy. It is dat moment of life which everybody wants their life shuld bring them. It's a kind of desire.

The process for self peace & happiness begins when you control your desires. If you have any desire and try to achieve that you start inviting problems for yourself which inturn brings along problems. So they key is to be contended.
