Going Christmas shopping tomorrow

Every year hubby loves to buy himself Christmas gifts! I think this is so funny (in an endearing way of course). Then a little later he wants to shop for everyone else, after I've already done it, figuring he wasn't about to do any shopping. So now after a few years, I've learned to wait, in case he does want to do the shopping! Which I don't like to do anyway! Tomorrow I'm going along with him to buy a drill press! (On his Sear's credit card, thank goodness. I try to have that card well paid up for this time of year). Hopefully we'll get some other shopping done too.

My parents have this same problem! They actually buy whatever they want all year long, so when you try to find something for them at Christmas time, they seem to have everything!! You ask them what do you want, what do you need... always the same answer Nothing! AHHHHG!!

I'm actually having a hard time making a christmas wish list for myself! Just got some books on there... It's not because I go shopping a lot, or anything.. just don't need anything I guess! Well, I wouldn't mind a laptop, but no one can afford that! Not even if they chipped in! Maybe I should plan for next year!

i hope he doesn't expect a present from you then since it sounds like he buys his presents but you pay for the bill.

It's agood excuse to not do much shopping! Hate shopping! I'll just have my daughter pick up something small from his list... So far, I've not gotten him anything under the tree!
