I'm thinking that you mean effeminate as opposed to sissies. And I would say the answer is no. Just like there are effeminate heterosexual men out there, There are all types of gay men that are not identifiable by what stereotypes that have been put out there.

i think they are. and i do not like them personally, and had never met one yet. i think they were born in a very bad day, when god was busy doing something else.

To be serious with you, I had a friend that was guy and he even like dressing like a female but on day when were walking down the street and another male on our block mad fun of him. He beat him up so bad that he needed to be transmitted to the ER. Nobody messed with him after that!
